This study utilised quantitative survey data collected from 944 vocational teachers across 34 provinces in Indonesia who participated in a professional development programme conducted by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education between 2020 and 2023. Data were gathered longitudinally using a Likert-scale questionnaire aligned with Levels 1 to 3 of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, covering participants’ reactions, skills, values, and attitudes. Percentage-based analysis revealed that over 90% of responses fell within the positive range (agree and strongly agree), indicating high levels of acceptance and perceived effectiveness of the training programme.
