This study is done in Th2 biased BALB/c and Th1 biased C57BL/6 mouse treated with probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus clausii to see the gut microbial dynamics. Salmonella infected mice is also treated with probiotics see the gut microbial dynamics, by how the probiotics bring back the perturbed microbiota to normalcy.
