Survey of 3 prime GG gRNA motifs in 6 species - block scan

These files were derived from Ensembl release 79. Each genome was scanned with ngg2 (available on github) to identify high-efficiency gRNA sites containing the 3'GG motif recently described. For each species, the gRNAs are available in one file with locus, uniqueness, and gene overlap information. For genes, tabulations of number of overlapping 3'GG gRNAs are available.

This version of the scan was a block scan, i.e. the first encountered gRNA is reported, but additional gRNA sites that overlap the location are not reported.
