Dataset to Cathodoluminescence Analysis of Defects and Grain Boundaries in Zn3P2 Thin Films Grown on Graphene by MOVPE and MBE

Raw experimental data and analysis scripts. The repository includes cathodoluminescence, electron microscopy, photoluminescence, and complementary characterization data organised by figure, together with supporting analysis scripts where applicable.
