Supporting Dataset for "The Morpho-Kinetic Landscape of Macrophage Modes During Wound Healing in Zebrafish" (Park et al.)

From Park et al., "The Morpho-Kinetic Landscape of Macrophage Modes During Wound Healing in Zebrafish", this dataset includes the raw time-lapse imaging data after maximal projection, stored in the folder Raw_MaxProjected_Videos. Detailed experimental conditions are described in the main article, and imaging parameters can be found in the Supplementary Information in the paper. The folder Processed_Data contains the results of image processing, including extracted trajectories, cell area, perimeter and distance from the wound for individual macrophages.
