To assessed the seed bacterial communities of three native gramineous grass species (Avena sativa，Elymus sibiricus and Elymus dahuricus) on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and four candidate leguminous legumes (Vicia villosa，Trifolium repens，Trifolium pretense and Medicago sativa ) and three native gramineous grass species (Avena sativa，Elymus sibiricus and Elymus dahuricus) of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau by Illumina Hiseq by high-throughput sequencing of 16s.
