Transcriptome analysis of POCD symptoms in mice

The aim of this study was to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the in vivo changes in mice with postoperative cognitive dysfunction. By analyzing the behavioral z-score data, mice were divided into control group, surgery group and POCD group. The hippocampus, prefrontal cortex and peripheral blood mononuclear cells were collected for transcriptome analysis after operation.
