Sw Access (OpenData)

SwAccess represents an entry point on the Stormwater network (eg Inspection Chamber, Standard Manhole). The Stormwater network drains surface water from the land and roading system, then transports it into the waterway network or ocean. It is spatially abstracted to a point and is a node on the Stormwater network. IDS-compliant SwAccess data will be inserted via the SwAccessStage table. When deleted or edited, the record is Archived. A snapshot of the feature record, before it is edited, will be sent to the archive table immediately prior to the first edit of the day for that record. SwAccess assets are represented in SAP as equipment objects. Entity type: Thing. SwAccess（SwAccess）代表雨水管网的接入节点，例如检查井、标准检查井。雨水管网用于收集陆地及道路系统产生的地表水，并将其输送至河网或海洋。该类对象在空间上被抽象为点要素，是雨水管网的节点。符合IDS规范的SwAccess数据将通过SwAccessStage表完成录入。当记录被删除或修改时，该记录将被归档。针对该记录当日的首次修改，其修改前的要素记录快照将在修改前即时写入归档表。SwAccess资产在SAP系统中以设备对象的形式进行表征。实体类型：Thing。投影坐标系：新西兰横墨卡托投影（NZTM）- EPSG:2193；垂直基准面：2016年新西兰垂直基准面（NZVD2016）- EPSG:7839
