X. fastidiosa subsp. pauca strain "De Donno" . A novel isolate of X. fastidiosa was isolated from olive trees affected by the olive quick decline syndrome (OQDS) in southern Italy. Genomic DNA for sequencing was recovered from pure cultures established from infected olive plant. A complete and finished grade genome sequence of X. fastidiosa olive strain named “De Donno” was obtained.
