Geochemical and thermobarometric data from the gneissic basement of the Agly Massif, Southern France

These are supplementary datafiles for the PhD thesis ''Argon Mobility in the Mid-Lower Continental Crust: Insights from the Agly Massif and El Hoyazo'', which was written by Sander Hoogendoorn in 2024. The datafiles contain Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) data and Electron Microprobe Analyses (EMPA), results from thermobarometric calculations, and high-resolution images of the samples and areas for which these analyses and calculations were carried out.The datafiles are presented in multiple sheets that are contained in a single Excel file. There are two sheets that summarize the datasets based on simple statistics and there are two sheets that show the full datasets. Finally, there is a sheet that contains the results of simple thermobarometric calculations that were based on the Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) data and Electron Microprobe Analyses (EMPA).
