Volcanic gas plume samples were collected by Unoccupied Aerial System (UAS) and at ground level from the pizzo rim of Stromboli Volcano, Italy. Samples were collected in gas bags from 12-17 May 2018 and from 17 -21 June 2019. CO2 concentrations and stable carbon isotopes were measured same-day on a cavity-ring-down spectrometer and an isotope ratio infrared spectrometer.
