QUBOLib benchmark corpus
收藏资源简介:
QUBOLib benchmark corpus — v0.2.4-data+4 QUBOLib is a curated corpus of binary quadratic optimization benchmarks with models, reference solutions, submitted solutions, and source provenance. This dataset contains 6263 instances across 5 collections. It preserves the exact qubolib.tar.gz distributed through the GitHub data release, not a software source archive. File identity and schema Compressed size: 102890681 bytes. SHA-256: 276eb06a66cec325cd3ec895cded7ba28f848aeb3998f4944466acbb33bcd001. Julia artifact tree SHA-1: 90da567266bc93ffb76cc0435691409557d500fc. Archive members: archive.h5 and index.db. Build: Julia 1.10.11, QUBOLib commit 8735aa035a082401a01b5cb2540bd1ebaf00c675. Data release target: QUBOLib commit 6fb487e1982857253afd7b20fc30868452b4d001. Inventory audited: 2026-09-28. index.db is the SQLite catalog of collections, instances, submissions, and solution records. archive.h5 holds models, solution payloads, and source provenance. Solution records distinguish source objectives, evaluated QUBO values, bounds, validation status, and source feasibility. Source LP content is stored only when its blob is at most 1,000,000 bytes; larger sources retain their URL, size, and SHA-256 metadata. The schema is defined by QUBOLib at the release commit. The machine-readable provenance inventory uses metadata schema version 1. Collections, attribution, and modifications Each of the following collections has verified CC BY 4.0 redistribution terms. Retain the attribution and modification notice for every collection used. The CC BY 4.0 label describes these data, not QUBOLib's separately MIT-licensed software. Upstream creators retain credit for their benchmark instances; QUBOLib curates and converts them for this corpus. arXiv-1903-10928-3r3x 3200 instances. QUBOLib redistributes a processed subset: it selects the 23 QBB instances, parses each QPLIB model, uses LP variable names to map SOL entries, and stores the resulting models and solutions in HDF5 and SQLite. qoblib 433 instances. The Quantum Optimization Benchmarking Library; source. License: CC-BY-4.0; rights evidence. Source commit: 16a166ee67c24c112551c803aab5394743b815b5. QUBOLib parses authoritative QS/QUBO models and stores models, provenance, and solution records in HDF5/SQLite. Portfolio positions are converted to canonical ordered copy slots and reconstructed capital/budget slack, not original solver bitstrings. QOBLIB solution inventory and limitations QOBLIB cutoff: 16a166ee67c24c112551c803aab5394743b815b5. There are 433 instances, 392 reference solutions, and 41 missing references. Solution records include 2031 validated assignments, 113 unmapped records, and 159 unavailable records. Record counts are not counts of unique solutions. Validated means that an assignment was mapped and evaluated on the stored QUBO; it does not certify source-model feasibility or optimality. All 50 Parallel ILS assignments are included. All 128 portfolio reference objectives match their evaluated QUBO values. Unmapped portfolio submissions have infeasible reconstructed capital or budget slack and remain metadata-only. Portfolio assignments are canonical reconstructions, not original solver bitstrings. Classes without authoritative QS/QUBO models are not imported. Reproduction and use For byte-exact reproduction, download qubolib.tar.gz from the related GitHub data release or this dataset record, run sha256sum qubolib.tar.gz, and compare the value above. Extract to a new empty directory. Before opening the files with a database application, compute the Julia tree hash using import Pkg; println(bytes2hex(Pkg.GitTools.tree_hash(ARGS[1]))) with that directory as the argument. Database applications may modify opened files. To rebuild scientifically equivalent data, check out QUBOLib build commit 8735aa035a082401a01b5cb2540bd1ebaf00c675, instantiate its scripts/build project, include scripts/build/build.jl, and run build_qubolib!(destination; clear_build = true) in a fresh destination. The builder downloads pinned source archives; alternatively, QUBOLIB_QOBLIB_SOURCE can identify a clean checkout of the exact QOBLIB commit. Set dist/build/last.tag under the destination to v0.2.0-data+3 and package locally with QUBOLib.access(index -> deploy_qubolib!(index); path = destination). Re-audit rebuilt output: serialization and dependency versions can change its bytes. QUBOLib's repository selects this data release through Artifacts.toml. Previously tagged Julia package versions, including v0.2.4, keep their original artifact pins. The data release does not alter them.
