RSK1 is an exploitable dependency in myeloid malignancies Here, we establish a comprehensive RNA-seq dataset of CD34+ cells encompassing 90 patient samples across the spectrum of myeloproliferative neoplasms and secondary acute myeloid leukemia with normal donor controls. CD34+ cells were bead-enriched from MPN/sAML patient PBMCs and normal healthy donor (bone marrow) to assess gene expression patterns.
