Maxicircles_Linf-Carvalho_2020

This dataset contains 28 maxicircles sequences assembled from Illumina sequence reads generated after sequencing of total DNA of Leishmania infantum isolates collected in Middle-North Brazil (Carvalho et al., 2020. Sci. Rep. 10, 12321; PMID: 32704096). The procedure of assembling was described by Camacho et al (2019. Genes (Basel) 10, 758; PMID: 31561572). Each entry contains the isolate code as indicated in the article by Carvalho et al (2020. Op.cit.). The maxicircle coding regions are indicated by upper letters in the sequences. The archive has fasta format (BioEdit).
