Scenario-Based Techno-Economic Model for Commercial Lentiviral Vector Manufacturing: 24-Sheet Deterministic-Stochastic Framework

This dataset comprises a 24-sheet Microsoft Excel-based techno-economic model for third-generation lentiviral vector (LVV) manufacturing on an adherent HEK293T/Cell Factory platform. The model resolves Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) at the per-batch, per-patient-dose, and per-transducing-unit level through four analytical layers: (i) process mass-balance, (ii) cost consolidation, (iii) probabilistic risk adjustment via a stress-ratio framework, and (iv) geographic sensitivity analysis (US vs India). Key outputs include deterministic base-case COGS ($992,525/batch; $30,332/dose), risk-adjusted COGS ($1,549,417/batch; $47,350/dose), and India-manufactured risk-adjusted COGS ($849,004/batch; $25,934/dose). The model is fully parameter-explicit with live-linked assumption traceability and built-in validation checks.
