Portrait of a Roman tetrarch from Trasdorf

This partially damaged, larger-than-life-size portrait head from early late antiquity with laurel wreath and a broken out medallion/clipeus is possibly the representation of a late antique emperor. The head was found in Trasdorf (about 10 km east of the auxiliary fort of Augustianis/Traismauer) and probably belonged to the statutory equipment of a larger rural estate (villa).
