Quantifying the variation in reflectance spectra of M. polymorpha canopies across environmental gradients

Reflectance and chemistry data (filtered to remove shaded pixels below 2 m according to the top of canopy height and 0.7 normalized difference vegetation index) from all sites saved as npy files.
