All main electrical equipment are required to meet Class 1 energy efficiency standards. Specifically, centrifugal ventilators shall comply with the standard "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Ventilators" (GB 19761-2009); transformers shall comply with "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Three-Phase Distribution Transformers" (GB 20052-2013); electric motors shall comply with two standards, namely "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for High-Voltage Three-Phase Squirrel-Cage Asynchronous Motors" (GB 30254-2013) and "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-Sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors" (GB 18613-2012); water chillers shall comply with "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Water Chillers" (GB 19577-2015); and lithium bromide absorption water chillers shall comply with "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Lithium Bromide Absorption Water Chillers" (GB 29540-2013).
