Identification and characterization of random insertion sites of ssDNA donor in knock-in mice using CIRCLE-seq. Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6

We intended to explore off-target candidate sites in founder mice and identified insertion candidate sites, which are sites of donor DNA insertion. Taking advantage of the features of the CIRCLE-seq method, which allows to know the flanking sequencing of a gRNA cleavage site, we utilized the CIRCLE-seq method in both experiments.
