We intended to broaden the knowledge on how management practices, land use change and seasonality impact the GHG fluxes and N levels in tropical Eucalyptus planted forests, how these same variables modulate microbial communities and if there is a link between members of this microbial community or their functional genes abundance and the GHG fluxes or N levels in this setup.
