The dataset introduced in this paper is "Starlink Satellite Emission Data", created by a research team from the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research and Curtin University. This dataset contains observational data across 29 distinct frequencies, with each observation lasting 24 hours. In total, there are approximately 76 million all-sky images, which record the electromagnetic radiation emitted by Starlink satellites observed over roughly 29 days. The dataset covers the key frequencies of SKA-Low as well as frequencies protected by the International Telecommunication Union. The research team conducted observations using the SKA-Low prototype station, the Engineering Development Array 2 (EDA2), which is located in a radio-quiet zone in Western Australia. The creation of this dataset involves the analysis of all-sky images for the detection and identification of satellites. The primary application scenarios of this dataset are in radio astronomy, aiming to evaluate the potential interference of Starlink satellites with radio telescope observations and help quantify the changes in electromagnetic radiation emitted by future Starlink satellite launches.
