Stepping Out of Comfort Zones: The Bibliothèque de l'Assemblée nationale du Québec's Journey to Becoming an Essential Resource

IFLAPARL 2024 Annual Conference (Madrid, 17-18 October), Day Two, Third session. In the rapidly evolving landscape of parliamentary support, the Bibliothèque de l'Assemblée nationale du Québec has embraced the challenge of redefining its role. The presentation provides details on the institution’s efforts and measures implemented to become a vital reference for legislative power, parliamentary administration, and civil society. The measures implemented are structured around four main axes: a) Proactive Promotion of Services, b) Enhancing User Experience, c) Deepening Institutional Integration, and d) Fostering Internal Collaboration (slides presentation).
