资源简介:
Azithromycin (AZM) is widely used to treat perinatal mycoplasma infection in pregnancy. The use of AZM is thought to have few adverse consequences. However, emerging evidence indicates that AZM may have potential adverse effects on pregnancy outcomes. Here, we explored whether AZM might affect pregnancy outcomes by influencing placental function. To investigate the effects of azithromycin on human placenta trophoblast, Transcriptomic sequencing was conducted to screen the genes and biological pathways influenced by AZM in cultured human placental trophoblasts Overall design: Comparative gene expression profling analysis of RNA-seq data for azithromycin traeted primary human placenta syncytiotrophoblasts.
