Plant-amimal-environment symbiotic microbes from beetle larvae and their relationship

Here we investigated the relationship between the bacterial flora in the feces of beetle larvaes and their habitat where the wood chips used as food are present. Microbial analyses clarified increases in nitrogen fixative, oxidative, and/or hapanoid productive bacteria in the larvaes and the strength of their relationship.
