In Cuartel V district, Provincia de Buenos Aires, a watercourse is located near an industrial treatment plant (WTP). The aim of the work was to determine the influence of this WTP as well as seasoning on the stream microbiota. Samples were collected in winter and spring 2017 and summer and fall 2018 from water course located in front of the WTP (PL) and a 1430m upstream (R).
