French businesses providing product recommendations in their order confirmation 2020

Marketing strategies have become an important topic for e-commerce businesses during the times of the rise of online purchases in France in 2020. The source has analyzed businesses communication with customers, and in France in 2020, only 6 of 100 businesses were sending product recommendations in their order confirmation emails, and 4 percent of those companies were basing their recommendations on their customers' order. On the contrary, the 94 remaining businesses did not include product recommendations in their order confirmation.
