Large-Scale Dataset of Protein Conformational Changes and Rigid-Body Domain Adjustments

This repository contains data for protein conformational changes based on secondary structure element (SSE) conformational scanning. It includes the results of SSE alignments, sequence identities, and the TM-scores of the original, predicted, and adjusted states, alongside the optimized sizes based on SSE scanning. Additionally, it features conformational clusters separated into two categories: evolutionary clusters (characterized by low sequence identity) and dynamic clusters (representing proteins with high sequence identity).
