Data for "Driver-pedestrian interactions at unsignalized crossings are not in line with the Nash equilibrium"

The following dataset provides all the data that were used for analysis and modeling in the paper entitled "Driver-pedestrian interactions at unsignalized crossings are not in line with the Nash equilibrium". The file comes with a description so one can replicate the analyses and computational modeling using the information here and in the paper itself.
