Gene expression profile at single cell level of Lineage- Sca1+ c-Kit+ cells (LSKs) from the bone marrow of normal C57BL/6J mice with or without 5.0 Gy total body irradiation.

Lineage- Sca1+ c-Kit+ cells (LSKs) are considered as a homogeneous population in the bone marrow. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of LSKs in the bone marrow. LSKs from the bone marrow of control (CTL) and irradiated (IR) mice (at day 15 after 5.0 Gy total body irradiation) were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to three surface markers including Lineage, Sca1 and c-Kit and analyzed using scRNAseq.
