This series registers all consents given for works, development and the removal of vegetation in Port Phillip Bay coastal areas and all refusals of consents for the same activities.Details given for the consents are the sequential consent number, the file number, the proponent (the person or organisation seeking a consent), the date the consent was issued and the nature of the proposal.For the refusals of consent, the file number is given and the name of the applicant, the date refused and the particulars of the proposal.
