Dataset represents molecular operational taxonomic units (MOTU) table with taxonomic identities from the barcoded sea-haul Calanus individuals, identified using mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase gene (COI) genetic identification method. Zooplankton net samples were collected during summer seasons 2019–2021 in Svalbard waters from the upper 50 m water layer. Each file represents results (reads and sequences) for 96 Calanus individuals of the fifth copepodite stage (CV).
