Neuronal TORC1 modulates longevity via AMPK and cell nonautonomous regulation of mitochondrial dynamics in C. elegans

Evaluating gene expression changes between wildtype worms, raga-1 mutants (loss of gene), and a neuronal rescue worm model 4 replicates of each sample class was sequenced and transcriptional patterns across the three classes was evaluated together and by using pairiwise comaprisons
