Grata's industry classifications give you 95%+ accurate NAICS6 classifications and a custom taxonomy for software, where NAICS "breaks down." Grata classifies companies across 1,000+ detailed categories that can be easily matched against government and other industry standard data sources for accurate market analyses.

Grata is able to provide unparalleled accuracy by classifying companies based on the content and structure of their entire website, not just their description or keywords.

INDUSTRY_CLASSIFICATIONS summary fields include:
- COMPANY_ID
- COMPANY_NAME
- INDUSTRY_CODE
- INDUSTRY_NAME
- IS_PRIMARY (T/F if respective industry is their primary)

Expected workflow
- Define the set of companies you want based off of your investment mandate or business strategy (ie. North American software companies) or let us know if you want access to all industry classifications.
- We then give you access to that specific dataset in Snowflake
- Join Grata's data into your internal warehouse or Snowflake instance
