To explore the key downstream factors for USP11 stable LSH regulation, we performed transcriptome analysis using controls, USP11 knockdown, and LSH knockdown HCT116 cells We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HCT116 cells and its KD derivatives (shLSH, shUSP11).
