Bread and baked goods purchase behaviour changes in England (UK) 2014

This statistic shows various behaviour changes consumers have made towards purchasing bread and baked goods in England, according a bakery survey conducted in April and May 2014. In the 12 months prior to survey, 44 percent of respondents said they had cut down on white bread and ate other types of bread for a period of time instead. Around a third of respondents said they baked their own bread at home from scratch.
