PERIOD: 1934-1938 year-end. NOTE: 1.This table covers the survey of all corporations having their head offices in each area, regardless of their types and industries. And it is also based on their principal business for those corporations having more than two types of bussiness. 2.The number of companies is at the end of the year. The paid-up capital or contribution is of the current value at the latest financial period in the year for those companies. Limited Companies include mutual companies and limited partnership companies. The numbers of Kwantung Province include the numbers in the adjunctive lands of South Manchuria Railway Co. up to 1936.
