Agropyron cristatum Raw sequence reads

Crested wheatgrass [Agropyron cristatum L. (Gaertn.)] is widely used for early spring grazing in western Canada and the development of late maturing cultivars which maintain longer forage quality is desired. We used RNA-Seq to compare the transcriptome of the early and late flowering lines with the aim to identify the genes related to late flowering in this species.
