资源简介:

This record contains the data and analysis scripts supporting the manuscript entitled “Opposite fates under warming: climatic suitability, niche divergence and phenological exposure of Riptortus pedestris and Nezara viridula in soybean”. The archived files include cleaned occurrence records for Riptortus pedestris and Nezara viridula, full phenological matching index (PMI) results under fixed and shifted soybean sowing-date scenarios, global centroid migration results, model summary outputs, and R scripts used for occurrence filtering, MaxEnt modelling, PCA-env niche analysis, PMI calculation, and figure/table generation. The study combines species distribution modelling, climatic niche analysis and phenological exposure assessment to evaluate how two functionally similar soybean pod-sucking pests may respond to future climate change. The PMI data quantify temporal overlap between potential adult activity windows and soybean R3–R7 stages within current soybean cultivation areas. External input datasets used in the analyses include GBIF occurrence downloads, WorldClim v2.1 current and CMIP6 future bioclimatic variables, SPAM 2020 Version 2.0 Release 2 soybean physical area data, and the Sacks crop calendar. These external datasets are not redistributed here unless explicitly indicated; users should obtain them from their original sources and follow the corresponding licenses and citation requirements. This archive is intended to support reproducibility of the analyses and figures reported in the associated manuscript.
