Raw Data_Imposter Phenomenon and Social Anxiety among College Students: The Chian Mediating Roles of Self-Compassion and Shame

This dataset, "Raw Data_Imposter Phenomenon and Social Anxiety among College Students: The Chian Mediating Roles of Self-Compassion and Shame," was collected from multiple universities via the Wenjuanxing platform (https://www.Sojump.com/) between October and December 2025. Using a random sampling method, 1408 valid responses were obtained to examine the relationships among imposter phenomenon, self-compassion, shame, and social anxiety. The dataset includes demographic variables and key psychological factors, such as self-compassion and shame, which were analyzed as mediators. The data provide insights into the mechanisms linking imposter phenomenon and social anxiety, offering clear guidance for designing and implementing related campus-based psychological interventions in college students.
