Early vs late-onset myasthenia

The purpose of these analyses were to try to identify and characterise lymphocytic differences between early- and late onset myasthenia samples.
Conclusion:
There are considerable differences identified in the data, that are also replicated in a separate cohort. See publication that will hopefully come out reasonably soon (check github repository for details on this). All samples were acquired in one session. To make the thawing and staining conditions as similar as possible, the samples were thawed and stained in batches for a number of steps.
