NRS-12910 | Specifications of rolling stock

These comprise detailed specifications for items such as trailer ballast cars, steam motor boilers, pumps for sprinklers etc. The specification gives the extent of contract, information to be furnished, details of samples, inspection, material and workmanship, quotations, delivery and payments. Other details such as schedules of prices, samples of the form of tender, and modifications are included in some cases. The volumes cover specifications nos.125-317, 329-733 and 904-910, and there is a contents list in the front of each volume. Of the three volumes, two are the Chief Draftmen's copies, and one, the Drawing Office copy. 1901-25, 1932 (SZ95). 1 box.
