通过规范的产品委托抽检工作,将检测结果通过信息化手段上传至指定数据库,为政府部门开展油漆涂料安全监管、保障生产生活安全供应提供科学数据。同时,通过长期收集和分析油漆涂料抽检数据,实现对油漆涂料安全现状及趋势发展的综合研判,为全社会的安全治理、形成社会共治的良好大局提供信息化服务本实验室使用微波消解法前处理后通过电感合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行数据分析。实验步骤:将样品涂膜待干燥后称取粉碎后的试样约 0.1 g~0.2 g于微消解中别加 6 mL 硝酸,1 mL~2 mL过氧化氢,待反应平稳将消解罐密封,放入微波消解仪内,设置合适的消解条件进行消解。消解结束后,将消解罐冷却至室温,打开消解罐,将消解溶液用滤膜过滤并转移至50 mL 的容量瓶中。用水冲洗消解罐内和内盖,将洗液收集于同一容量瓶中,同时用水冲洗滤膜,所得到的溶液全部收集于同一容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度。同时做试剂空白试验。仪器中建立好校正曲线将制备好的试验溶液导入测试仪器中,仪器根据标准曲线和试验溶液的特征响应值自动给出试验溶液铅元素的浓度值。如试验溶液中铅的浓度高于标准曲线最高点,则应对试验溶液进行稀释后测试。铅mg/kg的计算公式=[(试验溶液中铅元素的浓度mg/L-空白溶液中铅元素的浓度mg/L)×试验溶液的体积mL×稀释倍数]÷试样称取的质量g。此次统计油漆涂料中总铅(Pb)含量的合格率。合格率计算公式为合格率 = (合格数量 / 总数量) x 100%

Through standardized entrusted product sampling inspection, test results are uploaded to a designated database via informational means, providing scientific data for government departments to conduct safety supervision of paints and coatings and ensure safe supply for production and daily life. Meanwhile, through long-term collection and analysis of paints and coatings sampling inspection data, comprehensive assessment and judgment on the current safety status and development trends of paints and coatings can be achieved, providing informational services for the safety governance of the entire society and fostering a favorable scenario of joint social governance. This laboratory uses microwave digestion method for sample pretreatment, followed by data analysis with an Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES). The experimental steps are as follows: After the sample coating is dried, weigh approximately 0.1 g to 0.2 g of the crushed test sample, add 6 mL of nitric acid and 1 mL to 2 mL of hydrogen peroxide respectively into the microwave digestion tank. After the reaction stabilizes, seal the digestion tank and place it into the microwave digestion apparatus, then set appropriate digestion conditions for digestion. After digestion is completed, cool the digestion tank to room temperature, open it, filter the digestion solution through a membrane filter, and transfer it into a 50 mL volumetric flask. Rinse the inside and inner cap of the digestion tank with water, collect the washing solution into the same volumetric flask. Meanwhile, rinse the membrane filter with water, collect all the resulting solution into the same volumetric flask, and dilute with water to the mark. A reagent blank test shall be conducted simultaneously. Establish a calibration curve in the instrument, then introduce the prepared test solution into the testing instrument. The instrument will automatically output the concentration of lead in the test solution based on the standard curve and the characteristic response values of the test solution. If the lead concentration in the test solution exceeds the highest point of the calibration curve, the test solution should be diluted prior to testing. The calculation formula for lead concentration (mg/kg) is: Lead (mg/kg) = [(Concentration of lead in test solution (mg/L) - Concentration of lead in blank solution (mg/L)) × Volume of test solution (mL) × Dilution factor] / Mass of sampled test sample (g) This dataset counts the qualification rate of total lead (Pb) content in paints and coatings. The qualification rate is calculated as: Qualification Rate = (Qualified Quantity / Total Quantity) × 100%
