Dataset and SOTA weights for A Multimodal Mixture-of-Experts Framework for Protein–Ligand Affinity Prediction. EHIGN_dataset.tar is the PDBBind dataset, processed with EHIGN (10.1109/TPAMI.2024.3400515) data pre-process pipeline. The .rar file contains the SOTA model weights and training logs.
