Australian news with Auslan

This dataset contains ABC and Channel 7 news videos and press conferences, published no later than 2021, sourced from YouTube ,and show Auslan interpreters. This data has been partially annotated with Auslan phonemic components, for machine learning training. This data was collected under a UQ Ethics Exemption due to the publicly available nature of the data. Annotation was performed by a non-signing technologist, who identified phonemic components by visual identification.
