复旦大学能源流向与碳排放因子数据库（FDED）,由中国煤炭流向与潜在碳排放因子数据库（CCEF）、分省分品种能源流向数据库（EFDPT）、温室气体清单数据库（GHGI）、全球能源与碳排放数据集（WECD）、复旦能源行动（FDEA）等组成；主要功能是数据核算、在线分析、成果共享；强调数据的可分解、可追溯，方法的系统性、互联性，产出的全过程、共生性。为能源职业人士以及学者、学子提供专业的数据支撑、方法比选、愿景对标，为政界、企业界提供系统的政策模拟、情景仿真、解决方案与路线图。

The Fudan University Energy Flow and Carbon Emission Factor Database (FDED) comprises the China Coal Flow and Potential Carbon Emission Factor Database (CCEF), the Provincial and Energy-Category-Specific Energy Flow Database (EFDPT), the Greenhouse Gas Inventory Database (GHGI), the Global Energy and Carbon Emission Dataset (WECD), Fudan Energy Action (FDEA), and other affiliated sub-databases. Its core functions include data accounting, online analysis and result sharing. The database places emphasis on the decomposability and traceability of its datasets, the systematicness and interconnectivity of its analytical methodologies, as well as the full-process nature and symbiotic characteristic of its outputs. It provides professional data support, methodological comparison and selection, and vision benchmarking for energy practitioners, scholars and students, while offering systematic policy simulation, scenario emulation, targeted solutions and strategic roadmaps for government and enterprise communities.
