Dataset for local-global paradigm in comatose patients and healthy controls
收藏资源简介:
DESCRIPTION This is a dataset of EEG and peripheral data (EOG, ECG) for 28 patients acquired on the first day of coma after cardiac arrest, with a subset of 13 patients also recorded on the second day of coma. The dataset also includes 15 healthy controls. In all patients and controls, the local global paradigm was administered. For more details, please refer to the registered report for this study: https://doi.org/10.1093/braincomms/fcae466 RAW DATA STRUCTURE Eight .mat raw data files for each patient or control subject with filename set as global standard and repetition e.g. AAAAA1.mat is the first repetition of block with AAAAA sound group as the global standard BBBBA2.mat is the second repetition of block with BBBBA sound group as the global standard Each file contains raw_data array: A 67xN array where N is the number of samples at 1200 Hz sampling rate with 67 channels as: 1:62 are the EEG channels 63 is the first EOG channel 64 is the second EOG channel 65 is the bipolar ECG channel 66 is the trigger channel where 1=AAAAA, 2=AAAAB, 3=BBBBB, 4=BBBBA 67 is the sound channel where 1=sound onset Channel labels can also be found in ../common/ directory In ../patients/, all_subjs_d1.mat and all_subjs_d2.mat contain the list of favourable outcome patients (fo_subjs array) and unfavourable outcome patients (uo_subjs array) for each day In ../patients/, subject_information.mat contains subj_info table with subject id, outcome, and the FOUR score for day one and, where applicable, for day two
