To investigate the genome-wide role of RNA binding proteins ZFP36L1 and ZFP36L2 in glucocorticoid mechanisms of action in bronchial epithelial cells Primary BECs were depleted of ZFP36L1 and ZFP36L2 and stimulated with dexamethasone overnight. Frac-seq was performed to allow comparison of total mRNA to monosomal (80S) and polyribosomal (poly) bound mRNAs RNA-seq was performed for each fraction (total, 80S, poly) comparing the effects of knockdown and of dexamethasone (DEX)
