滨湖黑猪

因产于鄱阳湖周边而得名，包括星子黑猪、永修黑猪、德安黑猪、南昌黑猪、九江城门猪、丰城剑光猪等类群。曾名赣北黑猪。目前主要分布于星子县的蓼南、蓼华、白鹿、蛟塘等乡镇。采用保护场保种（星子县保种场）。适应性强、体质强健、繁殖力高，沉积脂肪能力强，肉质好，肌纤维嫩，肌内脂肪丰富。但瞟厚皮厚、生长速度慢。资源纯交易性共享、资源交换性共享、合作，现场获取。Named for its distribution around the Poyang Lake, this pig germplasm resource comprises multiple strains including Xingzi Black Pig, Yongxiu Black Pig, De'an Black Pig, Nanchang Black Pig, Jiujiang Chenmen Pig and Fengcheng Jianguang Pig. It was formerly named Northern Jiangxi Black Pig. Currently, it is mainly distributed in towns and townships such as Liaonan, Liaohua, Bailu and Jiaotang in Xingzi County. Germplasm conservation is carried out via the Xingzi County Conservation Farm. This resource exhibits strong adaptability, robust physique, high reproductive performance, strong fat deposition capacity, superior meat quality, tender muscle fibers and abundant intramuscular fat. However, it has several drawbacks: thick backfat, thick skin and slow growth rate. Available resource sharing modes include pure transaction-based sharing, resource exchange-based sharing, cooperation and on-site acquisition.
