资源简介:
This data demonstrates the potential mechanism by which SKD ameliorates diabetic liver injury in zebrafish model transcriptome sequencing. Raw sequencing data were processed using R (v4.1.2), removing adapter sequences, low-quality reads (Q < 20), and reads containing over 5% undefined bases (N), thereby yielding high-quality cleaned data. Differential gene expression analysis was performed using DESeq2, defining significantly differentially expressed genes (DEGs) as those with |log₂ fold change| > 2 and an adjusted P < 0.05. The top 30 DEGs underwent hierarchical clustering using the heatmap package. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was conducted with KOBAS (P < 0.05), with results visualised using ggplot2 (v4.1.2).
