资源简介:
We employed ChIP-seq assays, in two different growth phases of the filamentous fungus of Aspergillus nidulans, to identify the in vivo binding positions of the transcription factor SclB in the whole genome of the fungus. For the 1st ChIP-seq assay fungal mycelia derived from submerged cultures growing for 20 hours vegetatively were used as initial material. For the 2nd ChIP-seq, mycelia followed the same growth as in the 1st experiment, just after the 20 h vegetative growth were transferred upon solid medium for additional 3 h under asexual growth conditions.
